The present Terms and Conditions of Use have been enacted and the website www.demo.gr is provided by the company DEMO S.A. PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY (hereinafter the “Company”), with registered offices in Kryoneri, 21st km of the National Road Athens- Lamia. All references to “we” in the present Terms and Conditions refer to the Company.

The present Terms and Conditions (called hereinafter the “Terms”) set forth the provisions that govern the use of the website (called hereinafter “the Website”), in order to ensure its smooth operation. Please read carefully the Terms before using the Website. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Website.

1.2 Your access to this Website confirms that you have fully understood all provisions that are mentioned hereinafter and that you totally agree with these Terms.

1.3 The Terms can be amended at any time, without prior notice and by publication herein, the amended terms will be applicable to all users. Thus, it is advised that you frequently review these Terms and Conditions.



2.1. All information and data that are included in this Website in respect of pharmaceutical products or diseases are provided and are intended for general information purposes only and do not substitute the advice of your doctor or your pharmacist.

2.2. This information does not constitute complete medical information and you must not use the information for the diagnosis of a disease or to decide on or use any pharmaceutical treatment that might be mentioned in the Website. Many pharmaceutical products that may be mentioned herein are available only with a Health Professional’s prescription qualified to prescribe pharmaceutical products.

2.3. If you suffer from any disease, look for medical advice promptly. There is no medical diagnosis or specific medical advice provided through the Website. You must always have complete medical information regarding the pharmaceutical product that has been prescribed to you (including beneficial medical uses and possible adverse side effects), by discussing the appropriate use of any pharmaceutical product with the prescribingphysician.

2.4. Greek Legislation prohibits the ability to inform directly the general public or the communication with the pharmaceutical companies regarding prescription pharmaceutical products, except of information that is provided on the Patient Information Leaflet (PIL).

2.5. Our Company provides all necessary information and answers to the Health Professionals, always in accordance with the Greek legislation, the codes of conduct of the pharmaceutical market and the internal procedures of the Company.

2.6. For access to information which is addressed to qualified Health Professionals, the Website requires registration and the use of this specific section (domain) of the Website demands the use of a unique password. In case a user uses a false identity, he shall indemnify and hold the Company harmless for any damage that it may suffer due to such misrepresentation.

2.7. The Summaries of Products Characteristics (SPCs), which are included in the sector (domain) of the Website addressed to qualified Health Professionals, have been approved by the National Organization for Medicines (EOF) and we shall update their content every six (6) months, on January and on July of each year. Nonetheless, Health Professionals must contact the scientific department of the Company for any further information regarding the contents of the SPCs.



3.1. The Website may use certain absolutely technical necessary cookies for the operation of the Website. These cookies according to Law 3741/2006 and the Hellenic Personal Data Protection Authority are excluded from the obligation of notice and receipt of approval of the subscriber or user, as long as they are considered technical necessary for the connection to the Website or the provision of the network service. Such cookies are cookies that are necessary for the identification or/and the maintenance of content that the subscriber or the user inserts during the use of the Website, cookies that are necessary for the authentication of the subscriber or the user in respct of services that require authentication, cookies that are installed for the security of the subscriber or the user, cookies with multimedia content, etc.

By signing-up the user gives his consent for the process of the data that he provides, he is asked to read and accept the current Terms and completes a specific electronic form with his personal data (Name and Surname, e-mail address, specialization, working area) by choosing a Username and Password (hereinafter called together the “Account Data”).

4.3. You must keep your Account Data always safe and prevent any non-authorized access to the Data and/or to your account by third parties and not permit access to any other User or third party to your Account Data or to your account.

4.4. You must report immediately as soon as you observe any non-authorized use of any of your Account Data or of any other security violation.



5.1. All information, documents, products and services, trademarks, logos, graphics and images which are provided by the Website, constitute intellectual property rights and exclusive property of our Company. Any non-authorized use of any file or data that is included in the Website may constitute violation of intellectual property, trademark protection and/or personal data laws.

5.2. Unless otherwise agreed, intellectual property rights, copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual, industrial or proprietary property rights in all software, source codes and in any other content in our Website (including without limitation photos and graphics) belong to the Company or to its licensors.
